Yamaha FZR-R6

April 2007:
The frame was taken to the welder and the front and rear end could be fitted for measuring the suspension.
Setting up the geometry of the bike Fitting the front end
The swing fits! New front view, great!
New shock mounting, very sturdy Adjustable footpegs!
Rear end view Mounting the suspension
Reassembling complete front forks Really necessary parts!
Aligning the sprocket to the rear wheel. Not easy as the original rear wheel was 140mm wide, now it is 180mm.

Of course there was an extra engine around for the alignment so the paint on the new engine wouldn't be chipped and damaged.
